Duininck’s Summer Help program gives students and early career workers a chance to get real construction experience without committing to a specific career track. Summer help team members pitch in wherever the work calls for it, gaining exposure to job sites, crews, and the day-to-day rhythm of the construction industry.Positions are often local, which means less travel and more time to build hands-on experience close to home. Duininck partners with MAPS to connect students with summer help opportunities across our divisions.
It’s a great fit for anyone curious about construction, looking to earn money over the summer, or wanting to test out the industry before committing to a degree or career path. Many summer help team members go on to return as interns or full-time employees once they see what a career at Duininck can look like.
Summer help positions are paid and typically run through the summer months.
