The Long Bridge Development Project reclaimed a small private drive and replaced it with a 24-foot-wide private roadway, including a new cul-de-sac to improve traffic flow for additional lots. The project also included construction of four stormwater retention ponds and precise grading to limit impact on surrounding trees and nearby wetlands.
The private drive portion of the project improved access for existing residents. Work included removal of the existing bituminous drive, improved stormwater control, roadway widening, and installation of a new paved surface.
