In 2021, Duininck broke ground on the MACCRAY Public School renovation project in Clara City, Minnesota. The project included construction of a new elementary school addition connected to the existing high school.
During the bidding phase, Duininck’s engineering team completed a geotechnical analysis and identified the need for soil corrections. The grading team completed the required corrections as part of early site preparation work.
The project scope also included installation of a new sanitary lift station. The prefabricated fiberglass structure measured six feet wide and approximately twenty-six feet deep. The underground crew completed installation of the lift station in early July 2021.
With the school year scheduled to begin on August 17, 2021, the first phase of the project required completion of the parking lot before the start of classes. The paving team completed the work in early August and met the required deadline.
We completed our full scope of work on the project in 2022.
