The Duininck Internship Program introduces students and early career professionals to Duininck’s culture, business, work environment, and people. The program gives interns the chance to build new skills through hands on work and guidance from an assigned mentor on the Duininck team.
The primary goal of the program is to provide real world experience that helps interns learn and grow as they explore career paths in the industry. The program also allows Duininck to identify and develop future team members and leaders. Internships are paid and are most commonly scheduled during the summer months.
Past interns have gone on to build careers with Duininck, starting with hands on experience in the field and growing into roles across the company.
