The Duininck Internship Program introduces students and early-career professionals to Duininck’s culture, business, work environment, and people. The program provides interns with the opportunity to build new skills through hands-on work and guidance from an assigned mentor on the Duininck team.
The primary goal of the program is to provide real-world experience that helps interns learn and grow as they explore career paths in the industry. The program also allows Duininck to identify and develop future team members and leaders. Internships are paid and are most commonly scheduled during the summer months.
Spence Evans was a summer intern in 2021 and is currently attending North Dakota State University for Construction Project Management. Reflecting on his experience, Evans said, “It’s nice to come to work every day and learn something new. I’ve learned so much and I think this will be a potential company to work for when I’m done with school.”
