The North Creek Drive Project involved reconstruction of a business development road and parking lot in northeast Willmar, Minnesota. Located off Business Highway 71 across from Robbins Island Regional Park, North Creek Drive serves several local businesses and provides a key connection to Highway 71 for residents, business owners, and visitors.
The scope of work included milling, excavation, gravel base grading, asphalt paving, and striping. Truck drivers delivered new Class 5 material to rebuild sections of the existing roadway and multiple parking lots within the development.
