The Long Bridge Development Project involved reclaiming a small private drive, replacing it with a 24’ wide private roadway, and adding a cul-de-sac to assist in traffic flow for additional lots. This project also required the construction of four stormwater retention ponds and precise grading to reduce the impact on the surrounding trees and large wetlands.
The private drive section of the project improved access to homes for existing residents. It involved reclaiming the existing bituminous drive, improving the control of stormwater flow, widening the roadway, and paving a new driving surface.
Substantial Completion: August 2022 (final wearing course to be completed Spring 2023)
