The Duininck paving crew completed a project while only disrupting traffic for 10 days. This project included asphalt patching, milling, paving and pavement markings on Civic Center Drive, located in Willmar, MN. The two mile stretch of road was breaking apart and not holding up for traffic.
The crew excavated and patched back 7.5 inches off the shoulder of the road over 4,000 ft. Once that was complete, they began the overlay process. The team wrapped up the final paving on July 10th and prepped the road for the center line painters.
“The paving crew can work pretty efficiently on a job like this and are able to get it done on schedule.” says Justin Zylstra, Duininck Estimator.
